FHLSim.com has contracted with Northstar Solutions to provide online purchasing for our customers.

You can purchase FHL by Secure Online Purchase, Discounted Mail, Telephone, Fax, or E-mail.

Order Process

	NorthStar resells FHLSim.com products in much the same way Computer City retails EA Sports software, just without the box. NorthStar does not provide any technical support other than to take orders.
	NorthStar will send a confiming email. If you have placed your order already with NorthStar, do not contact them again on the status. NorthStar cannot provide order status except for your shipping address, etc.
	It takes at between 6 and 24 hours for FHLSim.com to process your order once it has been made through NorthStar. Thanks to our new autoregistration process, it will soon take less than 30 minutes when we migrate our registration to a new machine.
	You will receive your order from FHLSim.com via email, along with download instructions and a registration code, and instructions. If you have any other questions about your order's status, email us direct at fhlsupport@FHLSim.com.
